Madisson Hotel Jounieh, Jounieh

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although comfortable and nice, had some cleanliness issues, especially the carpet full of cigarette burn marks. However, I was lucky to be upgraded to a supreme room after arriving very late after midnight, which was a nice touch by the hotel. The service was exceptional with very friendly staff, especially the afternoon reception lady who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Jounieh, offering easy access to various dining, shopping, and nightlife options. The dining experience had its highlights with a great breakfast selection, but some dishes could have been improved for more variety and taste.

I booked a suite as I arrived very late after midnight, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. However, the distant thud of the Saturday night club in the basement could be a bit distracting for those sensitive to nighttime noise. It would have been nice to have an electric kettle, complimentary water bottles, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. , in all the bathrooms of each room.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, right by the sea in Jounieh, Lebanon, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even clubs. The rooms were not only spotless but also very spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The dining experience was delicious, with a special focus on local dishes. The facilities were top-notch, especially the exciting swimming pool and terrace. A truly great value for money experience.

The rooms were somehow of good size, spacious enough to move around comfortably. The service provided was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to various shops, restaurants, and nightclubs. The dining experience was very good, with a variety of local dishes and fresh options available. Overall, a great value for money.
